Follow the steps below to submit your loan application easily and securely.
Step 1: Check Eligibility
- Permanent Staff employed for 12 months.
- Private/Government Company Employees where direct payroll deduction is acceptable.
Step 2: Prepare your Documents
To speed up your loan application, please prepare the following documents in advance:
- Fully Completed Application Form
- Fully Completed Personal Loan Contract
- Signed and Sealed ISDA, PVA and Data Entry Forms
- Bank Statement for the last 3 months
- Sealed or Stamped Two (2) Original recent pay slips
- Confirmation Letter of Employment
- Signed Photographic ID copies of current employment and other valid IDs. (e.g., NID, Passport, etc.)
- Copy of Work Permit and Visa (IF APPLICABLE)
- For Debt Consolidation / REFINANCING, please provide latest copies of statements of other finance companies.

Primary
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- National Identification Card
- Employee ID
- NASFUND ID
- Nambawan Super Ltd. Identification
Secondary
- Government Health Card
- Certificate of Baptism/Christening
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Current records of membership of professional or trade organization
NOTE:
- Photocopied IDs must include your signature on the same page
- If you have 1 Primary ID, only 1 ID is required.
- If you do not have a Primary ID, you must submit 2 Secondary IDs.
Step 3: Download Forms
- Please download the Irrevocable Salary Deduction Authority (ISDA) Form and Personal Loan Contract below:
NOTE:Â Both forms must be signed and sealed by your HR Officer before submission.
- You and your HR Officer must complete and sign the forms.
- Once signed and sealed by your HR, scan the completed documents for uploading later.
Step 4: Submit your Application
